Event Description:
The Monroe Street Festival will celebrate its 40th anniversary on Saturday, September 16 from 10:00 to 5:00 in the 1500 - 3500 blocks of Monroe Street. The festival is an annual street sale and neighborhood celebration, with entertainment, children’s activities and a book sale at the Monroe Street Branch Library.
