What does it mean to have a banking relationship Your Presenters Tom Dott Tom comes to First Business with over 25 years of commercial banking experience serving privately owned companies and not for profit organizations throughout Wisconsin. He graduated from Ripon College in 1990 with a degree in business and enjoyed a four-year college baseball career pitching for the Red Hawks. Tom is very active in the community presently serving on the board of directors for Natural Resources Foundation of Wisconsin and the Greater Madison Convention and Visitors Bureau. Previously, Tom served for 12 years on the Board of Directors of the Henry Vilas Park Zoological Society and continues to volunteer in many different capacities for United Way of Dane County. Tom was recognized as Leadership Greater Madison’s Leader of the Year in 2001 and in 2010, Tom and his family were awarded the Volunteer Fundraiser of the Year by AFP Madison.
