Healthy boundaries create an inner sanctuary that defines who we are and provides a sense of safety, security and well-being. However, maintaining those boundaries can be tough – often we don’t know where we end and others begin. Setting boundaries is a skill, one we can learn through tools and practices. In this experiential workshop, drawing from the fields of mindfulness and mind-body medicine, you’ll learn how to develop and maintain effective physical, emotional, intellectual and spiritual boundaries. By building better boundaries, we honor our deepest needs, learn new actions to take, speak our inner truth and protect our energy by setting limits so we have the support and structure we need to pursue our biggest dreams.
