Join Team Deliciouser as we celebrate the arrival of summer with one of Stanley Tucci’s favorite Southern Italian pasta dishes. Under the guidance of Chef Michelle Mau, we’ll prepare Zucchini alla Scapece, featuring our bold and fiery Bomba spice, tossed with fresh pasta.
To complement the dish, we’ll craft a vibrant Early Summer Panzanella Salad, enhanced with our sun-kissed Mezzogiorno spice blend. Along the way, we’ll share stories, recipes, and techniques that bring these Italian flavors to life.
