Isthmus A la Carts

Date: May 11, 2012 Time: 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM
Event Description On Friday May 11th, Isthmus is serving up Isthmus a la Carts, the first Madison area food cart festival
and we want you to be a part of it! Madison’s diversity of food cart vendors, culture of foodies and
adventurous eaters make this festival a natural fit for our city.
We are aiming to have 15-20 carts sampling their savory and flavorful food, some fun promotions on
site, great music, local beer and soda available with proceeds going to Madison Magnet, a non-profit
organization. The organization’s members are a large group of well connected up and coming
professionals: the perfect audience for your cart.
This event will be an excellent chance to get exposure to a large group of foodies and adventurous
eaters; composed of students, professionals and everyone in between!

What Others Have Said

  • My small business has a voice in local politics with the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, I have a voice here. We’re all business people and we look at the bottom line. The return on investment from my Chamber membership and the advocacy it provides is far above what I get from other organizations.

Tim Lightner, Owner, Two Men and a Truck
  • The Chamber has worked tirelessly to promote the interests of the local business community, and to create and preserve the conditions that allow businesses to thrive, for the good of the entire community. I can think of no organization that is better equipped to guide us through this time than the Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce, and we all owe it our full support, to our mutual benefit.

David Stark, President, Stark Company Realtors
  • The Greater Madison Chamber of Commerce has been an excellent resource for my small business. The Chamber provides multiple channels for business awareness, networking opportunities and helpful educational programs. Being a member of the Chamber has really made a difference in helping expand my business visibility, growth and development in Dane County.

John Vardallas, CAE, Founder/CEO, The American BoomeR Consulting Group
  • The Chamber offers great opportunities to volunteer at events like the expo, or on committees like the SBAC — I appreciate being able to network and learn while giving back to the business community — and it’s fun.
