As a reluctant 'journaler', Megan will share tips, tricks, thoughts and experience to help you start your journey as a way of emptying the mind. Join us on the third Thursday of each month, starting on May 23rd, after Candlelight Yoga for 30 mins. A rotating monthly topic will be provided, however you are not obliged to follow this. Feel free to use the time & space for your own journaling practice. Please bring a journal/paper and your favorite writing tool. Members are free. All others drop-in or class pass.
