Name: Special Olympics Wisconsin Polar Plunge
Date: February 17, 2024
Event Description:

Polar Plunge is a series of events where participants brave the cold for Special Olympics Wisconsin (SOWI) athletes. Whether individual or team, we welcome all who are willing to take an icy philanthropic plunge to help
support more than 8,000 athletes per year who participate in 19 sports year round.

The Polar Plunge is for everyone. It really is. From young to not so young, solos to teams, principals to employees, and plungers to non-plungers. The world unites during Plunge season. You can plunge solo, on a team with your best friends, on a team with your favorite co-workers, as a school group, as a church choir, or really… however you want. We just want you in the water! The whole day is jam-packed with fun and festivities, and there’s certainly a way for everyone to be involved!
