MAKERS, CRAFTERS & DOERS: Transforming a Book into a Personal Art Journal

Ready to get crafty? Join mixed media artist and author of Art Journal Your Archetypes, Gabrielle Javier-Cerulli, for this hands-on interactive workshop where you will transform a plain old book that was headed to the recycling bin into a lovely art journal. You'll explore simple but fun mixed media techniques such as collage, experiments with washi tape, the addition of doors and pockets, and more! All supplies will be provided, but if you have a special hard cover book that you'd like to work in, feel free to bring it along! This event is great for ages 12 and up.
