Saffi Saana Mediterranean Collaboration - Wednesday, November 13th

We are thrilled to welcome back Team Saffi Saana to The Deliciouser for a culinary collaboration. We will be pairing their wonderful oils and vinegars with our Mediterranean spice collection in dishes both sweet and savory.

Menu Highlights:

* Hart Beet cured salmon
   Beets, carrots, ginger, citrus, sherry vinegar

* Baharat spiced beef kofta
   Lemon, yogurt, tahini

* Chopped fattoush salad
   Za’atar, feta, mint, white balsamic

* Grilled loin of lamb
   Charred eggplant, roasted cauliflower, Berbere
   dark balsamic, pomegranate seeds, herbs

* Pistachio cake
   Honey, whipped yogurt, cubeb pepper
