It's the perfect place to start your practice, regardless of fitness level or flexibility.

New to yoga? Jennifer, our studio owner, will teach you what you need to know to feel comfortable and confident in group classes. She'll review yoga vocabulary from asana to om, discuss yoga etiquette, and break down basic postures. Together, you'll work on safe alignment and explore pranayama (breathing techniques). Sign up for a Yoga 101 workshop today.
$30 per person*
*To help you kick off your yoga practice, new students completing Yoga 101 receive 30 days of unlimited classes. Start practicing for only $1/day.
