This series is perfect for those who are new to yoga and mindfulness\, as well as experienced practitioners who are interested in deepening their practice. Please bring your yoga mat\, if you have one\, and a sense of curiosity! Kasumi Kato grew up in northern Japan\, where she practiced meditation and reiki healing. For the last fifteen years\, she has studied yoga\, meditation\, massage\, and other healing arts throughout the world. She completed a 500-hour teacher training\, both with Scott Anderson and Andrea Russell. Kasumi is also a practice leader-in-training in the Tergar Meditation Community. She has received extensive training in mindfulness and other forms of meditation. Kasumi brings a calming presence and heart-centered approach to her yoga teaching and practice.
