DESCRIPTION:Escape the winter blues and join orchid enthusiast at Orchid Quest 2012.  Exhibits of exotic and deliciously fragrant orchid flowers will awaken your senses and bring cheers on a winter day.  In addition to many orchid exhibits\, Orchid Quest will also feature seminars\, florist displays\, painted porcelain\, art work\, quilted banners and a raffle.  The Guest speaker this year will be Glen Decker\, owner of Piping Rock Orchids in Galway\, New York\, who has won numerous AOS awards\, and appeared on TV and in Martha Stewart's Better Living magazine.  Admission is $7 for one-day or $10 for two-days.  Kids 12 & under are free.  Hours are Sat. 10am-5pm\, and Sun. 10am-4pm. Visit www.alliantenergycenter.com for more information.
