At WBC, we’ve had a love affair with craft beer for over 30 years. And it’s never been stronger. Our guiding philosophy? Create beers that honor the rich brewing heritage of Wisconsin, while embracing that same pioneering spirit to move us forward. And how do we define forward? By getting back to craft brewing’s roots: Making beer that people want to drink.
Sure, it sounds obvious. But at a time when many craft beers are pushing the envelope to extremes, people kept telling us they wanted something different: Flavor without the drama. We think embracing the basic philosophy that craft beer should be enjoyable to drink is a worthy idea. An exciting idea. A good (as in exceptionally good-tasting) idea.
So while you’ll always find a variety of diverse and distinctive styles of WBC craft beers, they’ll all have certain characteristics in common: They’ll always be well-balanced, pleasant, flavorful, fun to drink.
